To help beginner and intermediate level students become knowledgeable and comfortable within their yoga practice.

1-2-1 yoga classes for beginners

Vision

In E14 we have many fabulous yoga studios, independent teachers and gyms offering group classes. There are many more people that could benefit from yoga but do not know where to start and feel that going straight to a group class is a little scary and out of reach. E14YogaCoach hopes to bridge this gap.

About E14YogaCoach

My name is Sharon Osu, I set up E14YogaCoach to connect with clients that need more attention that can be offered in a group class. We can chat about your requirements and decide whether a couple of sessions or a full package is required. Sometimes, only 1 or 2 sessions and some alignment and adaptation of standard asana is required.

10 years of yoga teaching experience

The thing that draws me back to teaching year after year is being part of a clients journey into understanding more about what their body can do with the proper guidance and encouragement. We recognise the strengths and weaknesses; we create good habits and strengthen the foundations.

It is so fulfilling emotionally and physically to work with clients who come to me with with self doubt and then realise that the added flexibility and strength they gain through a consistent yoga practice impacts all areas of their lives.

From being able to sit comfortably on the floor and play with their children, to not having shoulder issues from sitting at a laptop for hours, to actually using the expensive gym class membership to its fullest. Maybe your desire is to join a group class with your friends but the sanskrit and transitions are holding you back.

Let E14YogaCoach get you to where you want to be.

Please bring your own yoga mat. I do have a couple, but its always preferable to have your own mat when practicing with bare feet. A bottle of water to sip from is always handy and please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in.

If you are attending a postnatal class, please bring your baby and their normal changing bag. A small blanket for them to lie on and a change of clothes is always handy to have.

I always try to be as inclusive as possible and would love to discuss your health with you. Each booking form includes a health questionnaire. It may be that a small class or a 1-2-1 is more suited to your needs. If you would prefer to speak on the phone or via WhatsApp then we can do that.

You are welcome to join us if you arrive late. Please be as respectful and quiet as you can as you get yourself settled.

Please look at the class timetable.
