e14yogacoach was set up to connect with clients that require more attention than that which can be offered in a STandard group class
My 1-2-1 sessions and group classes help beginners and intermediate level students become knowledgeable and comfortable within their yoga practice. Many people can benefit from yoga but do not know where to start and feel that going straight into a group class is a little scary, E14YogaCoach hopes to bridge that gap.
Our classes
Pregnancy Yoga
We will incorporate traditional yoga asanas (postures), self hypnosis and deep relaxation as well as positions for birthing and a calm and supportive space to chat with other local mums-to-be.
Baby Massage
This class is suitable from birth until baby is actively moving and is at 10am on Tuesdays.
Let me help you to bond even more with your baby and soothe common issues such as constipation, wind and teething.
Baby Massage for Dads
This class is suitable from birth until baby is actively moving and is offered as a 1.5 hour workshop. This class helps Dad's to become more comfortable holding and soothing your baby and how to deal with common issues such as constipation, wind and teething.
Mum & Baby Yoga
This class is suitable for postnatal mums whose babies are 6+ weeks old after a vaginal delivery and a minimum of 12+ weeks old after a c-section.
Perfect until baby is actively moving.
A great way to introduce movement and stimulation into babies day, and to bring you back to feeling like yourself again.
Mum & Toddler Yoga
This class is suitable for mums of older babies are actively moving. Perfect for babies who are shuffling on their bottoms, crawling, standing up or walking. Generally from 8/9 months to 18 months old.
Parent & Toddler Yoga
This class is suitable for parents of older babies are actively moving. Perfect for babies who are crawling, standing up or walking. Generally from 8/9 months to 18 months old.
Women Only Yoga
A fabulous dynamic practice which focuses on the BAPs. Back, Abs and Pelvic Floor.
Perfect for the mid week drop in energy if you need a class that revitalises and strengthens.
Beginner Yoga
Introduction to Yoga is suitable for beginners with some basic knowledge and absolute beginners who have not stepped onto a mat and dont know where to begin.
