A fabulous dynamic practice which focuses on the BAPs. Back, Abs and Pelvic Floor.

Perfect for the mid week drop in energy if you need a class that revitalises and strengthens.

Our practice includes 7 Rising Sun Salutations adapted for the female. This flowing sequence allows you to tone the muscles of the body and increase muscular strength and flexibility over time.

In between the flow, we have a lot of fun challenging ourselves in different ways and learning how to use yoga for therapy to ease hard worked muscles and limbs.

Beginner to intermediate level.

How to book?

Coreplay is booked in monthly blocks (4 consecutive weeks) for £50

Drop in sessions cost £14 (if available), priority is given to block bookings.

What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable that you can move in. Layers are always a good option. Tshirt or vest and leggings will be fine.

What should I bring?

Bring a bottle of water to sip from and your yoga mat. I do have a couple of mats but it’s always preferable to have your own.
