Women Only Yoga
Wednesdays at 8.15pm
All group classes are based at Dockland Settlements Centre, E14 3PS.
We are a 2-minute walk from Island Gardens DLR, next to the Greenwich Foot Tunnel

Women Only Yoga is suitable for beginner and intermediate level women.
A fabulous practice which focuses on the BAPs. Back, Abs and Pelvic Floor.
Perfect for the mid-week drop in energy if you need a class that revitalises and strengthens.
Our practice includes 7 Rising Sun Salutations adapted for the female. This flowing sequence allows you to tone the muscles of the body and increase muscular strength and flexibility over time.
In between the flow, we have a lot of fun challenging ourselves in different ways and learning how to use yoga for therapy to ease hard worked muscles and limbs.
Beginner to intermediate level.
Pricing
You may buy class passes or a monthly membership.
Classes may be booked 1 month in advance and booking closes 1 hour before class.
What should I bring?
Bring a bottle of water to sip from and your yoga mat. I have a couple spare mats, but it’s always better to have your own.
What should I wear?
Something comfortable that you can move in. Layers are good as you may want to remove a layer if you get warm and put it back on to get comfortable in the end of class relaxation.
Health & Wellbeing
