Pregnancy Yoga
Pregnancy Yoga on Wednesdays at 7pm
All of our group classes are based at Dockland Settlements Centre, E14 3PS. A 2 minute walk from Island Gardens DLR.
Pregnancy Yoga is suitable from 10+ weeks of pregnancy.
We will incorporate traditional yoga asanas (postures), self hypnosis and deep relaxation as well as positions for birthing and a calm and supportive space to chat with other local mums-to-be.
The majority of my pregnancy yoga clients have not tried yoga before. I will demonstrate and provide adaptations for all postures during our classes .
We are used to adapting classes for various pregnancy ailments, so please do be as honest as you can with the health questions below so that I can keep you and baby safe.
Pricing
Block bookings are given priority and cost £12.50 per class (for example a block of classes in May is £62 as there are 5 sessions, February has 4 sessions and costs £50 for the block)
Drop in classes are offered if I have space and cost £15 each.
What should I bring?
Bring a bottle of water to sip from and your yoga mat. I have a couple spare mats, but it’s always better to have your own.
What should I wear?
Something comfortable that you can move in. Layers are good as you may want to remove a layer if you get warm and put it back on to get comfortable in the end of class relaxation.
